INTERNAL SALES (M/F/D)

* You support and advise our customers and take care of the quotation calculation and preparation
* You are also responsible for order processing, work preparation and project management
* Ensuring adherence to deadlines, product quality and customer satisfaction are also your responsibility
* You are also responsible for invoicing and subsequent calculations

YOUR TASKS:

* You are adept and reliable in conversations and have a high level of communication and negotiation skills
* You work independently and responsibly as well as being resilient and flexible
* Ideally, you have completed training in the graphic arts sector, but career changers with relevant previous knowledge are expressly welcome
* Solid MS Office knowledge
* Structured, precise and efficient working methods, as well as a high level of reliability
* Very good written and spoken German skills
